1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wonph ("wonph", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wonph website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any wonph services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the wonph Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. wonph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notices on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use wonph services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. wonph operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, which require all players to be 21 years or older. You may be required to provide proof of age and identity before your account is fully activated or before processing your first withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of wonph services complies with applicable laws in your location. wonph does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Single Account: Each User may maintain only one account with wonph. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your wonph account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your credentials. Commercial use of the Platform is prohibited without express written authorization from wonph.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. wonph reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and may request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify wonph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. wonph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You acknowledge that wonph customer support representatives will never request your password through email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to wonph security immediately. We strongly recommend that you use a strong, unique password for your wonph account and enable two-factor authentication if available.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

wonph facilitates transactions through multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and Landbank, and other payment processors available on the Platform. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified for specific payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. wonph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits. wonph reserves the right to request proof of ownership and may freeze accounts or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. wonph is not a money transfer service and reserves the right to investigate accounts used primarily for fund transfers rather than gaming activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed according to wonph's standard procedures, with typical processing times ranging from 1-4 hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) and up to 24-48 hours for bank transfers during business days.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by providing valid government-issued Philippine identification and proof of address. This is a one-time requirement in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. If this is not feasible, wonph may require additional verification before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
• wonph reserves the right to impose minimum withdrawal amounts (typically ₱500) and may charge nominal processing fees on withdrawals below certain thresholds. Specific fee structures are displayed in the Cashier section before you confirm a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed for up to 72 hours to allow for security checks, fraud prevention measures, and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. wonph reserves the right to conduct additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be declined if there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or failure to meet wagering requirements associated with bonuses.

3.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on wonph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, standard currency conversion rates and fees imposed by your payment provider will apply. wonph does not charge currency conversion fees directly but cannot control third-party fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits and withdrawals.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wonph offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards programs to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference. General provisions governing bonuses include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or the combination of deposit and bonus before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and may lead to account closure.
• Modification and Cancellation: wonph reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, particularly if abuse or fraud is suspected. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and fulfillment are final.

5. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

wonph provides access to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and other gaming products developed by third-party providers. All gameplay is subject to the following rules:

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on the wonph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by wonph or predicted by players. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify fairness and randomness. Third-party audit reports are available upon request.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific rules regarding bet acceptance, settlement, result determination, and dispute resolution. wonph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion before the event commences. Once an event has started, bets are generally final and cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious error. Sports betting results are determined based on official statistics and governing body decisions. 5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, robots, or scripts to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or game malfunctions
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any wonph software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to wonph systems or other users' accounts

Detection of prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. wonph cooperates with law enforcement authorities in cases of criminal activity.

6. Responsible Gaming

wonph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. wonph provides the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending
• Time Limits: Set session time limits and receive reminders when limits are approaching
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing wonph services for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite self-exclusion
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications about the duration of your gaming session

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the specified period. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, text, data, and other materials available on the wonph Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. wonph and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Platform
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use wonph trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Frame or mirror any Platform content on another website

Unauthorized use of wonph intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

wonph collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using wonph services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. wonph implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that electronic transmission and online storage carry inherent risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wonph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Platform by third parties
• Any errors or omissions in Platform content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content

In no event shall wonph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to wonph in the six months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wonph, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including but not limited to your User content, any use of Platform content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your breach of any representation or warranty contained herein.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of wonph services shall first be subject to informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Platform must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

wonph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Request for self-exclusion
• At wonph's sole discretion for operational or business reasons

Upon account termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. wonph will return any remaining balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to wonph, subject to investigation of any suspected violations. If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, wonph reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wonph regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. wonph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without wonph's prior written consent. wonph may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

wonph shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
